Actually, I ordered quite suddenly, only one day before the trip, but I commend them because they were still able to handle everything well and quickly. In my opinion, the package price is also quite reasonable and the service is very flexible. The existing itinerary can still be adjusted. If anything is missing, we can request additional destinations or restaurants according to your wishes. Like yesterday, I request to add a trip to Nusa Penida, including Kelingking Beach and several other beaches. For culinary, I also request to eat at Menega Café Jimbaran and the next day eat at Naughty Nuri’s. All those requests can be helped and managed well. I also request a tour guide who can speak Mandarin, so my relative's trip from China will be much more comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied. Even though the booking was last minute, from the itinerary, destinations, culinary, to the tour guide, everything could be handled well and professionally. That is what I appreciate the most. I had customised some of our tours and made a few requests to the itinerary and they were very accommodating and did their best to arrange everything for us.
